Our staff are a very important element of Brown and Company, and where our strength lies. All bring various backgrounds, skills and interests to the job. Their participation and input in the design process is encouraged, as is the promotion of their individual skill sets and interests. We all aim to provide the customer with friendly, polite service at a high standard of workmanship
In an on-going effort to provide our customers with the best possible service we maintain our own in-house code of conduct, health and safety, training, standard of workmanship and environmental protection policies. Our goal is to make Brown and Company the most responsible corporate citizen we can in the horticultural sector in Bermuda. These policies form as much a contract with our customers as our formal tenders do.
